TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing Orders
A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders, with final payment to be made prior to completion of ordered goods. All shipping costs are on a pre-paid basis. Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer.

Order or Enquiry Response Time
Balistuffs requires up to 8hours to respond to your order or enquiry during weekdays (Monday to Friday, GMT + 0:800) and 48 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, GMT + 0:800).

Minimum Orders
A minimum order of US$500.00 is required.

Shipping Time
The lead-time for delivery of products will vary depending on stock availability, quantities, shipping schedules etc. We personally supervise the packing and loading of ALL shipments.
